Baptist Children’s Home (BCH), Owasso, hosted its Annual Women’s Golf Tournament and Annual Men’s Golf Tournament at Bailey Ranch Golf Club in Owasso. Both tournaments had wonderful turnouts and beautiful weather.

The Women’s Golf Tournament was held on Monday, June 19 and consisted of 14 teams. The first place team was led by Peggy Rider. Children from BCH, Owasso assisted golfers by carrying their golf bags and providing beverages. Olive Garden catered lunch.
“The golf tournament is a great event for our campus. It helps us raise activity funds throughout the year for our cottages and summer program,” said BCH Owasso Administrator Scott Pallett. “It’s just a fun event for the whole campus. We have a lot of people participate and it really blesses us.”
Proceeds go toward the summer program and activity fund for the children at BCH, Owasso. Individuals and businesses were given the opportunity to sponsor a hole for $200. Hole-in-one prizes were provided by Jackie Cooper Imports and Classic Chevrolet.
“It was a great way for people to have fun and help the children have some great summer activities,” said OBHC Development Representative Donna Brooks. “That’s what we’re all here for.”
